WOWEE! What a Year?!?!!!!
We’ve been focused on prioritizing God, family, work, and fun - though we may mix up the order at times 😉
Life has been an adventure as we follow where we feel guided. We’ve both stepped up at church and in our
community. I’m enjoying my role on the worship team and children's ministry while Andy shines in the tech
booth behind the scenes and his talents keep increasing efficiency for FEED SPOKANE food rescue.
Adulting - It’s a blessing and a curse running our own businesses but we both love it! Andy’s marketing
agency, CustomersNow.Club, is gaining momentum, helping small businesses grow with his tech and
problem-solving skills. I made a big career shift, leaving engineering to help others improve their health with
an incredible technology. We would be honored be a part of your journey if either of us can help you in
business or health - we’d love to chat!
Family Highlights - This year brought wonderful moments of connection with family! We continue to be
blessed to enjoy an almost weekly dinner with my mom and dad since they are close by and love their
grandkid time! Andy’s dad and Betsy are too far for frequent visits so when they came Spokane in Aug we
packed their trip with adventure—kayaking, biking the Hiawatha, Micah’s birthday celebration, bowling, fishing
and more! Another summer highlight was reconnecting with Andy’s mom’s side of the family at the first
Meet-In-the-Heat Scott family reunion in over 20 years! It was such a joy to hug our wonderful family! We
loved it so much we’re planning another one back-to-back with my family in 2025!
2024: First Year of Sports! This year, Jasper, 10, and Micah, 6, dove headfirst into sports. I reluctantly agreed
to let Jasper join a baseball team last spring. He showed natural talent and enjoyed his friends on the team
but decided it wasn’t active enough for him (wow!). By summer, both boys begged to join soccer teams and
found their passion. Jasper impressed everyone on his new team by scoring goals, and being one of the
fastest on the field. Micah shined in his soccer debut, scoring six goals in his 14-0 opening game win! He’s
happy to tell you all about it!!
ribbons and medals while setting personal records each race. Micah’s only 44" but his little legs propelled
him to a personal best mile of 7:45, while Jasper amazed us with a 6:20 finish. It’s been incredible watching
them grow as athletes and young men! It will be exciting to see what’s next - they can’t wait for next season! 🥅
the boys’ energy, leaping over gates and nearly the fence! He adores being with us and it’s pure joy watching
the boys shout “Shadow!!!” when he comes for school pickup!
We hope that you are blessed by family, friends and fun this Christmas season! We believe 2025 will bring
great things and we wish you all of God’s hope and blessings in the New Year!
With Love,
Laura, Andy, Jasper, Micah and Shadow 🐾
